Power Hour with BIRTHFIT

This free class is run by BIRTHFIT Coaches for Moms, Moms-to-be, Dads/Partners, and anyone in the community who supports these populations. We will dive into how we use the four pillars of BIRTHFIT to support women through their motherhood transition, and we will do a brief breathing and functional progression activity (but nothing you’ll get sweaty doing or need to wear special clothes for). Join us as we build our tribe and grow the movement of loving support for our mamas!
