Like so many of us striving for balance and to give to ourselves, Katherine began practicing various types of yoga over 20 years ago. This has included Kundalini Yoga practice for over 10 years. She is certified as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, as well as a Khalsa Way Kundalini Prenatal Yoga teacher. Being a Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini yoga brings a connection with self unlike any other.
Exposure to Kundalini Prenatal Yoga classes 11 years ago while pregnant supported Katherine in creating an unimaginable depth to the bond she shares with her son. The practice laid the energetic foundation from which their two souls continue to grow from in this life. Katherine’s passion is to share prenatal yoga with all mothers looking to expand their compassion and connection with their baby’s soul.
