Starting Prenatal Care with Atlanta Birth Center!
If you don’t need a Confirmation of Pregnancy appointment or you are transferring into our care after receiving care with another practice, please take to following easy steps.

Set aside about an hour and a half to view our required orientation video. Fill out this brief Registration Form and you will receive an email with an access link!
Check you email for the Orientation Video
Use the special passcode from the orientation video to access the Intake Page and fill out the intake forms. This page is for prospective clients that have completed orientation; please don't share the passcode! Completing a clinical and financial review is required prior to scheduling your first prenatal appointment.
Once you have attended virtual orientation, you can also use the links below to register to join us for a tour of our space in-person!

A Tour is offered on 2nd Tuesday evenings of each month after Meet the Midwives. Feel free to join us at 8:30PM for this tour if you have already viewed the virtual orientation!
