Fundraising Policy

We sincerely appreciate your help in making Atlanta Birth Center a reality. In an effort to keep our public message cohesive, we have developed a policy for those who wish to organize fundraisers on behalf of Atlanta Birth Center.

  1. Communication of the fundraising project must be coordinated through Atlanta Birth Center. Please contact us and describe your fundraiser in the message field of the form. We will review it as soon as possible and, if approved, will help you in any way we can.

  2. “Atlanta Birth Center” is a trademarked phrase, so before it may used on printed materials, written permission must be obtained from Atlanta Birth Center.

  3. If the phrase “Atlanta Birth Center” is used in the course of selling a product or service, then

    • Products, which include printing, must include the phrases “Atlanta Birth Center”.

    • Unless written approval is received from Atlanta Birth Center, online sales of products or services must be collected via the Atlanta Birth Center Greater Giving account.
