She has a degree in Global Health Studies from Mercer University and a nursing degree from Emory University, she is currently advancing her expertise with a nurse-midwifery degree at Georgia College and State University. Tshika's professional goals are intricately woven with her clinical interests, particularly in maternal and child health. While not currently engaged, she aspires to actively pursue clinical service opportunities globally, emphasizing her commitment to making a positive impact in healthcare. An integral part of her vision is working with and contributing to the well-being of adolescent girls, reflecting her dedication within the realm of women's health.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tshika finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and family. While she doesn't have a dog yet, a furry companion is definitely a part of her future.
